North Dakota License holders are required to submit a change of address in writing to the BCI within 30 days after an address change. The request must include name, license number, old address, and new address. Keeping address information up-to-date is important because renewal notices are sent to the mailing address the BCI has on file.

Utah To make address changes to your concealed weapon permit, e-mail the pertinent information to the Bureau of Criminal Identification at DPSFIREARMS@utah.gov. Be sure to include your BRL Number, full name as it appears on the permit, address as it appears on the permit, current phone number, and the new address.

Minnesota Do the address and/or my new driver’s license number on my permit to carry need to match the address and/or drivers license number on my driver’s license?
No. A permit holder, however, is required to notify the issuing sheriff’s office within 30 days of a permanent address change. Failure to do so is a petty misdemeanor. The permit holder may, however, obtain an updated permit at a cost of $ 10.00. There is a statutory requirement to change the address on your driver’s license within 30 days after changing your residence (171.11).
Florida
Section 790.06(8) requires you to notify the Division of Licensing in writing within 30 days after a change of address. You can change your address online. Alternatively, you can submit your notification to us in writing at the following address:

Effective February 12, 2010, the Division of Licensing is no longer printing the licensee's residence address on the face of the Florida concealed weapon license. The law does not require you to obtain a revised license after a change of address. You can continue to carry your current license until it expires; however, if you would like a revised license that does not include your residence address, please send us a written request along with a check or money order in the amount of $15.00 made payable to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services AND a passport-type color photograph.
